Hope Farm Healing Centre hosts a number of programs and services:

1. Post-90 Day Addiction Recovery Services – We provide outpatient support. Stay tuned for Resident Recovery Spaces open information.
2. Skills Training – Offering training to provide hands-on work experience to those struggling with barriers to employment. 
3. Garden Fresh Produce for The Basket Society and Nourish Cowichan.  
4. Local Farm Produce, Eggs and Chicken for Sale – pasture-raised eggs sold year-round. Local pesticide-free produce is sold in the summer/fall.
