Hope Farm Healing Centre hosts a number of programs and services:

1. Garden Fresh Produce supporting food security in the local community.  
2. Local Farm Produce, and Eggs for Sale – pasture-raised eggs sold year-round. Local pesticide-free produce is sold in the summer/fall.
3. Volunteer opportunities.
